I honestly wasn't expecting this book to be my kind of dirty. I love domination games and age gaps, and the mix of sweet and extremely raunchy is just my thing. But it tends to be a little more... extreme than some people like, but this book struck just a right balance to take it to that ohmygodyes level of kink without alienating non-kink readers.
I adored this one, and not JUST for the sex, though I'll admit that the sex was a BIG part of it. I loved the coming out story, the dynamic between the two MCs, and, yes, the age gap and the difference in experience.
The plot was perfectly paced. Fast, interesting, and with really entertaining side characters. I just couldn't get enough. I felt the So-Cal heat, the luxury lifestyle, and the complex relationships. I was just there with the MCs... and THE SEX!
This is only my second Cara Dee book, and the first that I've really enjoyed. And I enjoyed the hell out of this one. The dirty talk alone makes it worth it.
